We have set our pricing to allow for those bad leads and will always work to make sure as few get through as possible. But you should plan on having some percentage of your lead budget wasted to bad calls.

a. All leads that come from us count rather you answer or book it.

a. We do not distribute leads to multiple vendors. We directly connect every phone call to one company and any form submission goes to only one company. Most of the time searchers have researched your company on our site and decided to call you. However, one person might contact multiple vendors independently for further info or quotes.

a. You can update your budget at any time to allow for more or less leads by emailing help@topjunkremovers.com.
